9. my rain boots

and i like most of those things very much.
(I steam them after I cut off the top and trim all the leaves. I dont have a steamer so I just fill up a pot with about 2 inches of water, plop them in upright, and cover with a lid. dip in lemon/butter)

I got 6 artichokes in my vegetable box this week, so I need some ideas how to cook them! I remembered that you love artichokes! How long do you usually steam them.
Have you ever tried roasting artichokes? I love artichokes too, but have never cooked them myself. You are the veggie QUEEN Wynn, unreals!
